We’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize and scale our sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, sales automation expertise, and the ability to streamline operations for maximum impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize sales workflows, CRM management, and reporting systems to improve sales performance.
Implement sales automation tools to increase efficiency and improve lead management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Monitor key sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales process, implementing solutions to drive revenue growth.
Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting the sales team with resources and best practices.
Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
✔ Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar role within a digital agency or SaaS environment.
✔ Strong understanding of sales automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics software.
✔ Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience in streamlining sales processes and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
✔ Knowledge of web design, digital marketing, or tech-based sales is a plus.
