The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us expand our client base. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales. Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and qualify leads through outbound outreach, research, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Schedule meetings and sales calls for the Account Executives to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and ensure targeted outreach efforts.
Track and manage leads using the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and follow-up activity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor information to tailor your approach.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.
Qualifications
✔ Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
✔ Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to sales team success.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
✔ Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
✔ Knowledge of the web design or SaaS industry is a plus.
