The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution. Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving new business and achieving revenue targets.
Develop and manage relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth handoff and transition of qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and enhance lead generation strategies.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM, tracking deals, interactions, and key metrics.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide feedback to management on client needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Qualifications

✔ Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in a web design, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
✔ Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
✔ Ability to understand client needs and translate them into customized solutions.
✔ Comfortable conducting product demos, virtual meetings, and sales presentations.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✔ Knowledge of web design, digital marketing, or tech-based sales is a plus.
